CrossFit has allowed me to understand myself better mentally and physically. I was able to break bad lifestyle habits and gain a basic understanding of proper nutrition, health and fitness.
As a coach/trainer we have the ability to change peoples lives. That is amazing. I have seen it happen time and time again. I want to pass what I have learned about proper nutrition, health and fitness on to others.
I want to use what I have learned in life and training to help other people from weightloss and mobility corrections to addictions and gaining perspective on life. I want to see you win!
