Improving your personal fitness can be a lonely & sometimes boring endeavor, but being part of a CrossFit Community allows you to share that experience with likeminded people in the pursuit of self-betterment. This newfound community becomes an extension of your family. You begin to forge not only an improvised level of physical & mental wellbeing but, much more important you become part of this community from all walks of life that shares in your personal accomplishments.

Being part of this atmosphere as an athlete is an amazing experience but, taking part in this as a Coach is a cherished gift that you are blessed to open each & every day. This is why I fell in love with coaching. I absolutely enjoy all aspects of coaching a class from the introductions to the group warm-ups, through the demonstrations & breaking down each movement with points of performance to keep our athletes safe & performing at their best. Most of all the biggest joy from coaching is spreading some love, sharing stories & giving some well-earned fists bumps at the end of class.
