Motherhood Fitness

Functional Fitness classes specifically tailored for Moms, both Prenatal and Postpartum.  Classes consist of basic strength and conditioning in a small group, Coach led environment. Class is capped at 10 participants.

 

Coach Stacy - BirthFit Coach, CrossFit Level 2, AAS in Exercise Science, Certified Personal Trainer (ISSA) - and Mom 

 

Timing - 2 days per week, Tuesday and Thursday at 10:00am

 

Dates - Aug 6 - Aug 29 (4 weeks/8 sessions total) 

 

Cost -  $120.00

 

*Special Inclusions - 30 min screening (Pelvic Floor Health) with Dr. Jennifer Hammitt, DPT
