Functional Fitness classes specifically tailored for Moms, both Prenatal and Postpartum. Classes consist of basic strength and conditioning in a small group, Coach led environment. Class is capped at 10 participants.

Timing - 2 days per week, Tuesday and Thursday at 10:00am
