CrossFit has become more than a fitness regimen for me. After dancing competitively for almost 20 years, I found myself searching for a new way to stay active. I dropped into a CrossFit class in 2014 and instantly became intrigued with the challenge of learning and mastering such a large variety of movements. Not only did I find a fun, new way to work out, but I also found a community of support where people care about one thing: being the best version of YOURSELF!
I am so excited to have the opportunity to share CrossFit with others through coaching at Foundation Academy. My advice? Enjoy the process of learning new things. Don’t be afraid to step outside your comfort zone. Work hard and be kind!
